What’s Your Excuse with guest Tina Murray

Hello again;

Today, I’m writing to tell you about the latest episode of my podcast The What’s Your Excuse? Show.

This week I’m happy to have Tina Murray on the show with me.

The show got off to a great start because Tina loved my intro and my singing. She said she would have me do all her introductions from now on. 🙂 Since I still have some uneasy feelings about singing live, it’s great to get praise I didn’t have to ask for.

We talked about when and how Tina realized that she should be a coach and help people to improve their lives.

Not surprisingly, it was a moment of crisis caused by the recent financial downturn that effected the whole world.

I’ll let her tell exactly what happened, how she was feeling, and how she approached a huge new chapter in her life.

One question I wish I had asked her is if it’s possible for someone to change their lives without having one of those rock bottom moments where changing their life is better than continuing down their existing path.

I don’t want to give it all away, but I found Tina to be knowledgeable yet playful and fun. We laughed a lot, and I can only envy anyone who gets to work with her every day.

I hope you enjoy our conversation. Be sure to let us know if we inspire or motivate you to some specific action.

Become A Radio Rockstar

It’s no secret that I enjoy doing radio shows and podcasts. Whether I’m the host or the guest, I always have a great time. And I usually learn something too.

What is even better is I grow my audience. By doing something fun I get to have great conversations, tell my story, reach larger new audiences, and build my brand.

I can do the same for you. I can do it all, so all you have to do is show up. And my fees are reasonable. As I often tell people I know what it is to have more talent and passion than cash or credit.

About Tina

‘Tina Murray has been designing lives for over 30 years. She uses her skills as a qualified interior designer to create personal growth solutions as a coach, author, workshop facilitator and professional speaker specializing in CHANGE, INNOVATION and POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY.

When she was unexpectedly made redundant during the recent Global Financial Crisis, she intrinsically knew that she was on track to a more fulfilling life. More than six years single, with a mortgage and not much else, that night she told her friend, “This is exactly where I am meant to be.”

‘Tina has always been people focused with a keen interest in personal growth and wellbeing. Her wealth of experience in management and workplace planning and culture, combined with her personal philosophies around the connections between our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being, are shared in her book Design You: Create the Life You Want.

Today, she shares her depth of experience in influencing how people behave, think, interact and feel to remind us that we CAN design our own lives and create great places to work through understanding our unique ‘interior’ qualities.

Tina is an avid traveller and resides in Melbourne, Australia. She now motivates her corporate and professional clients to understand and honor all that makes them truly unique, and supports them to create their best life in alignment with their values and needs.

I had a great time doing this interview. I can’t wait for the next one.

But I never want to press publish without letting you know just how important you are to me. Without your continued interest, love, and support I wouldn’t be able to keep doing this. Knowing you are watching and learning from me helps me find the energy and effort to do what I do every day.

So, thank you my friend. And until next time God Bless You and take care out there, Max
