Hello again;
This week on The What’s Your Excuse? Show I’m blessed to have Jennifer Whitacre. as my guest.
I’ve known Jennifer for over a year after meeting her on linked in.
And we had a great conversation for an interview on her podcast Yes and.
We talked about her growing up in a family with lots of trauma and how that effected her as an adult.
We talked about the various aspects of the human mind and how to help ourselves manage all these different aspects of perspection to become a healthier, happier person.
One important take away is that we are never finished working ourselves. She probably didn’t use those words, but it’s in there.
