Hello again;
Today, I’m bringing you another previously recorded interview. This time the guest is Maura Sweeney
This one was recorded back when I was still working with Frederic Bye. The interview was recorded for his Creative Magic Network, and you will hear our intro and outro from that time.
The reason for that is I am just not good at editing. I don’t enjoy it, it takes me forever, and leaving in those few minutes of audio don’t hurt the show at all.
In fact I wish I could deliver my show intro with the volume and sas that Fred used to do it with. 🙂
Maura is known around the world as the happiness ambassador, and I’ll admit to having her on for purely selfish reasons.
I met Maura while appearing on the Creative Mastery World Summit hosted by another good friend Alex Okoroji.
That day I had some terrible technical difficulties. I was dealing with an echo that meant I had to listen really hard and then trust my answers were being received even though I couldn’t hear them in my head phones.
On top of that I was very nervous about doing live video and audio. Also, the format was unfamiliar to me. So, while I rarely get really nervous, I did have a lot running through my mind that day.
Luckily for me Maura was scheduled to be on during the same time I was. I took an immediate liking to her. I found her to be funny, laid back, and a kindred spirit in that she too has been through many incarnations of herself.
I love that she started her current business late in her life, and her story about quitting law school to follow her passion is worth the price of admission alone. Or it would be if we were charging you anything to listen. 🙂
I’m not going to give it all away. Like a good barker I just want to tell you enough to make you buy a ticket. So hurry hurry hurry step right up step right in. 😀

Also known as “The Ambassador of Happiness,” Maura guides people on the path of “Living Happy – Inside Out.”
This former corporate manager, business owner and home schooling mom stepped out of her comfort zone at midlife and invites others to join her along the way. She has been featured in outlets like Match.com, Midlife Boulevard, and Britain’s BBC.
Maura can be seen around the block or around the globe searching for great people, great stories and good news to share.
When not chatting about comfort zones and leadership on radio shows and podcasts, she is probably looking for another reason to laugh.
