Hello again;
This is the second post in my new series of blog articles where I share my latest guest post, podcast, radio show, or Lord willing Television show appearance. I do really appreciate it when people invite me into their online homes and businesses, and this is another way for me to show how much it means to me. Its also a good way to promote both me and the site owner. And as a show kid I know that its critical to put buts in the seats, people on the midway, or faces in front of the screens. π
This time I want to let you know about my visit with Janet Love of The Janet Love Show
It aired live last Thursday June 11th on Blog Talk Radio
Janet’s Bio
Janet Love became an Empowerment Expert through the University of Medical Ignorance 15 year Health Discovery to Recovery Program she eared her PhD by creating a powerful consciousness transformation program and executing a creative intuitive intellect strategy that transformed her health and her life! Janet now shares her expertise and that of many other empowerment experts on The Janet Love Show which airs on Blog Talk Radio and Web Talk Radio Network. She is a #1 Amazon and International Best Selling co-Author of Unwavering Strength, Forth coming Author of Super Charge Your Life with Intuition: Discover Your Life Designer and Quantum Empowerment: A Road Map to the Origins of Health, she is a Teacher, Speaker, Medical Intuitive, Spiritual Intuitive Consultant, Health Coach, and Energy Practitioner.
As you can see she and I agree on the value of good physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health to your ability to succeed in life. And our conversation did lean quite heavily on my health issues and how they lead to my growth as a person and entrepreneur as well as the things I learned from overcoming my health issues. Its always good for me to be reminded of how far I’ve come and that your health requires constant monitoring and attention. We have to listen to our bodies and make changes when what they are telling us is that the current condition cannot continue.
Show guest’s page
This first link is to the page she creates for every show guest. It has links to the guest’s website, social media pages, and any offers they made during the show. She gives the background of the guest and includes biographical information picked up during her conversation. I love how she said of me that “he have won awards and have become well known around the world for his insightful message of transformation no matter what”. She mentions some of the highlights and includes what she thought were the key points of the interview.
You can find links to my interview there, but to make it easier on you I will include the direct link and an embedded version of it below.

Why I never Listen to My Shows
The show lasts about an hour, and I think it went pretty well. One thing I would like to share with you just because I think it might make doing podcasts and radio shows easier for you. I never listen to myself on these shows.
I feel like everyone is their worst critic and if I listen to them I will find things I did wrong. I will hear my voice and go do I sound like that or man that sounded so stupid. So, I avoid giving the gremlins the chance by just doing my best show and then going on to the next task.
I know I have an amazing community of friends and family online who will let me know how I am doing. They will tell me if there are things I should have mentioned or if there are parts of my story I should keep to myself. So far no one has voiced any negative opinions.
And hosts continue to book me. And I include the link to my as seen online page in all my pitch emails. And I know they are listening to my past shows because we talk about that in the pre show emails or phone calls.
I just thought it was something I should tell you just so you don’t get to thinking that this is all easy for me or that I never have doubts. I have them or would have them if I opened the door to them. Now you know its your opinion of how I did that matters. π
Sharing is Caring
If you enjoyed the show, then I hope you will show your appreciation by sharing the post or the show link with your friends, family, coworkers, and social media networks. But ore importantly I hope you will share your thoughts with me and with Janet. The people who put on shows like this invest a lot of themselves into each episode. And often the only thanks or reward they receive is from your comments.
I’m looking forward to hearing what you think about how I did on this show. I also want to hear your opinions on this post sharing the appearance. I’ve tried to be brief, but apparently that is one of the many things I still need to work on. π Thanks for your patience and continued support.
Until next time thanks and take care out there, Max
Good to see you posting on your blog each time you get an appearance somewhere else. Unless there are more than one in a row and then one to cover everything works just as well.
π
I hate the sound of my own voice when I hear it back to me. I have a recording of a presentation I attended recently. I am having to listen back to make notes and I try not to hear myself if possible.
As for my work, my writing – well I am at the point, with what I publish on my blog and write for other people, where I quite enjoy reading my own words back.
π
Either I am getting overly arrogant or I am just learning to finally like my writing. I think it is the second one because I don’t always feel so comfortable. I still don’t always like reading my own fictional stuff. Still working on it.
Have a great week.

hi kerry; thanks for the encouragement. i agree with you. one post for each unless they pile up. i had an awesome talk with brian kohan this morning and have two more scheduled this week. it wasn’t my doing, they contacted me needing those dates. i have a similar problem hearing my voice. i find it easier if i turn down the volume. when i embed a youtube video i have uploaded i have to listen to at least the first part of it while I’m grabbing the html code. and i think every writer no matter ow successful has trouble believing their words are as good as they aught to be. Maybe its tougher for us blind writers because we have to hear our words instead of reading them. I know I often tell people the last step in their editing process should be reading or having someone read their work out loud. I’m jealous of your visit to the museum. I’m not a champaign drinker but i do like to get dressed up and go to events like that. let me know if you run into any tall women with a sexy voice that might be interested in being my sighted guide. take care my friend, max

Hey Max,
Wanted to stop by and check out your post although I didn’t have time to listen to the podcast. That’s why I rarely listen to them if I’m honest, I don’t have an hour to spare. I wish I had more time to myself to just listen to them but when I do have some downtime I’m usually hanging with my Mom and she does all of the talking. When I start to unwind for the night I have certain things I do to help me with that or my mind would continue to go 90 miles an hour and I’d never go to sleep.
I’m thrilled for you though that you continue to get these interviews and it’s putting you out there. I’m always impressed by how much you’ve accomplished so keep up the excellent work.

hey adrienne; thanks for leaving a comment. would always rather have an honest reply than have someone say they listened or loved it if they didn’t. the response seems to be good to my doing the shows. I keep getting booked and many of the hosts do listen to prior shows before booking me. its a good substitute for face to face networking or speaking in public. and it doesn’t require me to arrange or pay for transportation or a sighted guide. thanks for continuing to support and encourage me. you rock, max
