Hello again;
This is another in my new series of posts where I share my most recent podcast, radio show, or Lord willing television show appearance. The point is to draw attention to the interview and the host’s website so future guests will also benefit.
I grew up on a carnival midway, so the idea of a side show barker calling people in to see the latest weird and unusual attraction seemed to call to me. Thus the name for these posts.
So, this week I want you to get your free ticket and join me live on the inside at Annette Rochelle’s show Tell Me A Story.
I should mention that when I agreed to do her show I wondered if there were any stories I could tell that wouldn’t get me or someone I know into trouble. I didn’t come up with any by the time of this interview. But doing it did get me started thinking which lead to sharing a couple of favorite memories in my most recent post.
I want to thank Annette for helping me by stirring up my thoughts. I also want to thank her for the comment I received from her afterwards. I hope its okay with her to share it here.
As many people who strive to help others through writing, coaching, speaking, etc; I wonder if I’m actually doing any good. Sometimes, I even wonder if I am on the right path. So, comments like this one from her really help to keep me going.
You have many stories to tell and I am convinced that working with others is something you were born to do!
Cheers,
Annette

The show lasts about 30 minutes, and I must confess that I may have put too much pressure on myself in regards to the amount of time available. As many of you know brevity is not something I’m on real good terms with. ๐ I seem to do better the longer a show goes. But I did share some good stuff here and think you will come away invigorated and inspired.
Sharing is caring
I hope you have time to listen to the show. But whether you listen or not, I would appreciate your sharing the links. It may be that you don’t personally need to hear the message, but I’ll bet you know someone who does. You may want to save it for later listening. And another way you could share is to visit her itunes account and leave a review or rating. The best way for me or anyone else to get more opportunities like this is to prove I can deliver an audience. So, please help me by sending this to your friends and family and posting on social media.
If you have questions for me or Annette, you can leave them in the comments here or on the show page. Or you can email either of us directly. We are both the kind of people who want to help others where we can. I look forward to hearing from you.
Until next time thank you, God bless you, and take care out there, Max
It was a terrific opportunity to meet you, introduce you to the listeners and an honor to hold the space for you! Wishing all the best, ever and always.

You aren’t alone on one thing Max.

Brevity isn’t my strong suit either. I’m working on that.

Looking forward to listening to the stories you tell in this latest show.
Have a wonderful Fourth of July.

Hi Kerry; I assume you meant that we both struggle with brevity at times. ๐ last week i did an interview for a radio show. The fellow’s name is Andrew, and he ends his show with a 60 second barrage. the goal is to answer as many of his questions as possible in the time limit. He said I did great even after I warned him that brevity isn’t my best thing. He said he had just ran out of questions when the timer went off. He said that had never happened before. I thanked him for the opportunity because if i want to do national radio or tv I’m going to have to get better at short answers. ๐ thanks for the comment, max

Hey Max,
Loved the interview and now after hearing Annette ask you these questions and share her thoughts, you can understand why so many people find you inspirational.
As I had mentioned to you early on in our relationship, if you’re blind and are accomplishing all that you are then those who have sight have no excuse. The rags to riches stories, the poverty to making something of yourself stories, those are inspirational because even for those of us with all our abilities and we still struggle, hearing those about people who went from nothing to everything helps us understand that we can do whatever we put our minds to.
Some people need that extra motivation and hearing it from someone who has no disabilities doesn’t seem to cut it at times. That’s why your message and what you do and share is SO important to others.
I admire you for what you’ve accomplished and just like you said, do what you can today and maybe tomorrow will allow you to do more or maybe you’ll meet someone who can open more doors for you. The sky’s the limit my friend.
Awesome interview Max and I listened to the entire thing!

hi adrienne; thanks so much for investing a half hour of your busy schedule in me. that says more than your words ever could. they are great words, and I do my best to remember them. You were one of the earliest to point out my value as a motivating force, and your encouragement and patient explanation were a big part in my accepting my role as an inspiration to others. now am looking for more ways to share my story or to help others write theirs. thanks again sweetie. xoxo max
