live on the inside with Amy Starr Allen

Hello again;

Welcome to another in my live on the inside series. This time I am blessed to be sharing an interview I did with Amy Starr-Allen of Find Your Voice Rock Your Blog.

Amy Starr Allen

This interview was special for so many reasons. After I tell you a little more about it, I hope you won’t be able to wait to give it a listen.

First off, I didn’t ask Amy to have me on her show. Many of you know that I am not afraid of asking to be a guest, but in this case I didn’t have to.

Amy heard me in an interview I did with Zephan Blaxberg on The Year Of Purpose Podcast

She was impressed and inspired by me. She decided she just had to interview me for her podcast. Amy is prolific when it comes to creating content, so she doesn’t have to have interviews. This means that when she does invite someone to be on her show that it means so much more.

Next, Amy and I have so much in common when it comes to how we see the world. We talked a lot about manifesting success and how important it is to have a positive attitude. She understood when I admitted that for most people real change only starts with a crisis.

She helped me to understand better my budding message of living a no excuses lifestyle.

And she helped me explain better some of my past experiences and how I felt about them. I was happy to see that she enjoys my openness and willingness to share just about anything with my readers and fans.

And she is a talented musician and singer. She asked me if I would sing for her listeners. This is something you should never do unless you really want it because I don’t know a performer of any kind who would say no. 😀

I certainly didn’t say no. I’m finding that singing as part of these interviews is becoming one of my favorite experiences. I’m working on learning some more songs, so I don’t sing the same thing every time. I want to thank my editor Lorraine Reguly for encouraging me to include that in my media kit page.

For Amy I sang the first verse of The River by Garth Brooks. She told me she got chills and tears from hearing me sing it. She also commented on how well I did with no notice and still recovering from the shingles.

After the show we talked about collaborating on a future project. She is learning how to play The River, and I am planning on learning some of her favorite songs. With love and luck maybe I will release that album by the end of this year.

Well, I don’t want to give it all away. Like I said this interview was special for me. Its not unusual for me to connect with the host and become friends. Its not even new that a host would offer to do a project down the road. But it is unusual that I would feel so much after having done this interview.

Below you will find two ways to listen. You can Click the play button and listen here on my site. Or you can click the direct link to the audio. There is a download button at the direct link. And if you just want to fast forward to hear my amazing version of the first verse of the river; that’s how you do that.

I can’t wait to hear what you all think of the interview. And most importantly I hope to hear that you have taken some small step towards accomplishing that big goal or dream you have in your heart.

Amy Starr Allen is the founder of the Next Level Mastermind (a community and ‘think tank’ for online entrepreneurs) and the author of several books and courses including MLM for MOM, Conscious Marketing, Next Level YouTube Marketing , The Next Level Blogging Blueprint, and Nail Your Niche.

After struggling for years as an online entrepreneur and not feeling in alignment with many of the sales tactics others use to make an income in a home-based business, Amy decided it was time to pioneer a path for people to be able to market authentically and serve their audiences.

As a single mother who could barely afford to buy clothing for her children a few short years ago, Amy has since become a 6-figure earner in the industry and has helped hundreds of people learn how to tap into their unique gifts and share their messages with the world, all while earning an income doing what they love most.

By teaching people how to ‘Cash in on Their Passions’, Amy has been invited to share the spotlight with industry giants such as blogging expert Neil Patel, and has been invited to speak to local businesses about how to get their unique message out into the marketplace.

Amy’s unique understanding of entrepreneurs and how powerful it can be when they tap into their own voice and their own passions, is reinventing the way online entrepreneurs market their businesses.

Sharing Is Caring

This interview is a perfect example of why I always end these posts by asking for your help in sharing them. I wouldn’t have gotten invited to talk with Amy if she hadn’t heard me On another show. She got to know me through that chat and decided I was someone she had to interview too.

I don’t know how she came to find that show. I don’t know if it was something she already listened to on a regular basis or it was the one show she listened to because a friend or family member encouraged her to check it out.

What I do know is audiences are built by becoming friends with people and having them share your work with the people who know and trust them. And yes sometimes we get busy and forget to click those buttons. 🙂 So, please don’t forget to share my interview with Amy

It was entertaining as well as inspiring and left me with several aha moments of my own. I made a new friend, and I am hopeful that someday soon she and I will have some music to share.

Before I go I want to thank you for continuing to support me by watching videos, listening to radio shows, reading posts leaving comments, and sharing my work. I know you have a lot of demands on your time as well as many options for how you spend what little free time you do have. I couldn’t keep doing this without you, so I want you to know just how much I appreciate and treasure your continued company on my journey.

Until next time take care out there, Max
