This is an extra special post in my live on the inside series. That’s because the interview took place over two weeks on Tim’s show. We recorded it in one session, but he didn’t want to cut any of our great chat out to make it fit into a half hour show.
However, as some of you know I’m a bit behind on writing these posts. By the time I got ready to write this post Tim had moved part one to sound cloud. This is his usual practice.
I’m told it makes it easier for him to manage storage space, band width usage, and other things I have no real idea about. 🙂
So, I had one half of the show on his site proper and the other on sound cloud. I also knew that he would be moving part two over very soon. This plus the fact that he often removes shows all together after a certain time on his sites made me concerned about how to post this show.
Luckily, Tim had a simple solution. He suggested that I download the episodes and then post them to my own podcast account. He even went so far as to send me the audio files in email attachments making the process oh so much easier.
So, below you will find links to the audio files as well as the option to play the shows using an embedded audio player. And I have also included links where you can listen to and subscribe to my show on Itunes, Stitcher, or Google Play.
I loved doing this interview. Me and Tim had an instant connection. And at some point I found out that his family lived near a new family amusement park that I had been hoping to sell a park train to.
I also found out that he is a published author with a book on growing up in a family with mental illness. He is also seeking to do more radio shows and podcasts.
So, before and after the show we were able to exchange ideas and share stories on a variety of subjects we had in common.
I also feel like we did a great job telling my story and sharing the techniques I use to accomplish all the obstacles I have overcome and that I will continue to encounter.
