Welcome to another of the live on the inside posts where I share a recent appearance online.
This time it was an interview with J V Crum III of The Conscious Millionaire.
We talked about how important good physical, mental, and emotional health is to your success in business and life in general.
We talked about how my life has changed as I have gotten progressively healthier. I covered being treated for sleep apnea and later having gastric surgery. I told him how the surgery was a success because I changed. I started eating healthier, getting regular moderate exercise, and keeping a positive mindset.
I told him that my own business success didn’t start to come until after I started improving my health. I shared with him that I honestly believe that your success in life and business is directly tied to your level of physical, mental, and emotional well being.
He asked me for some easy changes people can make. I won’t spoil it for you, but the main thing is for you to make your food choices and exercise routine as important as anything else you put on your schedule.
Sharing Is Caring
To me the first job of being a guest is showing up prepared to have a great conversation. The second and probably even more important job is to share the interview. Like I tell people the best way to get more opportunities like this one is for me to prove I can put buts in the seats or faces in front of screens. So, Please share this with your friends, family, coworkers, and social media networks.
I really enjoyed talking with J V, and I hope you listen all the way to the end. You can also show your appreciation and help us both by leaving comments on the blog post or going to itunes and leaving a rating or review.
Well, that’s it for this time. I hope you like me writing these short posts to share where you can hear me.
If you have questions, just ask. If you have a new podcast, and you are in need of a quality guest; then don’t hesitate to ask. I’m always open to share my story and continue to inspire and motivate others.
Thanks and take care out there, Max
